BRIEF
" Design a seat which makes one able to experience the room of maneuver for bureaucrats."
This project focuses on the value of using design within the public sector while also building empathy for why it can be challenging to adopt design contributions within bureaucratic processes.
KEY INSIGHTS
The bureaucratic labyrinth is an installation in the shape of a chair. When two people sit on the chair together, one understands better how bureaucrats may experience one's room of maneuver.
"The bureaucratic Labyrinth» aims to showcase why and how this balance can be challenging. By making people physically experience the tricky balance, people also gain empathy.
To develop the bureaucratic labyrinth, we involved various people working within public institutions.
